This is fantastic advice. I think it could be an exercise for people looking to start drafting a business plan. I always felt that customer experience is equally if not more important than the product. I have been to restaurants where the food wasn’t great but the experience was excellent. It kept me coming back, and over time they improved their food. My comment might not be universal, but I think it is pretty close.
